Our management team has over a century of extensive and specific experience in the mail business:

Chris Taylor, MSI Chief Executive Officer, was one of the founders of International Postal Consultants, acquired by Deutsche Post AG in 2000. He is a recipient of many industry honors, including the Arthur Anderson FastTrack Award and multiple Inc. Magazine 500 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies inclusions. He was also recognized as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year for his performance in the international mail sector.

Richard Gerhardt, MSI Chief Operating Officer, has been providing successful customized mailing solutions for some of the largest corporations since 1989. After an outstanding career with Global Mail, Inc. and Deutsche Post Global Mail, he served as Chief Sales Officer of DHL Global Mail until 2005.

Nehal Vazquez, VP of Administration & Client Services. Prior to joining MSI, Nehal was the Director of Client Services for Deutsche Post Global Mail. In 1996, Nehal began her mail career at Global Mail, Ltd. Her accomplishments include creating & managing a high-level "customer care" division, designing and implementing a comprehensive service quality control system & developing programs for the organization's largest clients.

Rainer Hengst, VP of Marketing & Public Affairs. Rainer is a recognized expert on international mail & has held leading positions in both public and private postal organizations for more than 30 years. Over the past decade Rainer's special focus has been on the growing global direct marketing sector. In 1998 he created the first Deutsche Post International mail branch office in the United States. In the mid 1990s Rainer served as Senior VP Marketing & General Manager, Americas for TNT Mailfast, the international mail division of TNT Post Group.

Rainer has held a number of senior management positions including: Director of Facilities Program Management, Product Manager of International Marketing & Director of International Business Management, during his 25 year career with the United States Postal Service (USPS). He also represented the USPS as delegate to the 1994 Universal Postal Union Congress in Seoul, Korea.
